Heavy duty for twins
The König Rallye Pro D + is the heaviest duty twin-wheel snow chain for heavy trucks.
Based on a single-diamond cross-section design, the Rallye Pro D+ features a standard link configuration as best compromise between traction and weight.
The product is manufactured in K-Premium Steel, the latest generation special alloy steel selected by König as the main raw material for Professional snow chains. Thanks to the K-Premium Steel ensures and the specific in-house treatments, the finished products includes all the necessary specifications to reach superior levels of strenght and durabiliy.
The connection between cross-section and side elements is handled with welded rings able known for their higher resistance to opening compared to traditional truck-chains side hooks.
The König Rallye Pro D + follows the traditional twin-wheel fitting with middle tightening chain: apart from the typical inner and outer side hooks, the Rallye Pro D + features a special tensioning chain positioned between the two wheels which allows to set tensioning and centering.
The proper tensioning level is reached by pulling the tightening chain through the tensioning lever, which gets then securely fastened and locked.
To ensure a suitable product lifetime, the König Rallye Pro D + is completely hardened (including side elements) and galvanized to be protected against corrosive agents.
According to the tyre size, König Rallye Pro D + is available in 7.00 and 8.00 to cover all vehicles dimensions and needs.
The König Rallye Pro D + is certified according to Ö-Norm V5119 and fulfils all the necessary legal requirements.
