The solution for forklifts
The König Load Master is the snow chain dedicated to forklifts handling goods on snowy and icy surfaces during winter time.
The product is manufactured in K-Premium Steel, the latest generation special alloy steel selected by König as the main raw material for Professional snow chains. Thanks to the K-Premium Steel ensures and the specific in-house treatments, the finished products includes all the necessary specifications to reach superior levels of strenght and durabiliy.
The connection between cross-section and side elements is handled with welded rings able known for their higher resistance to opening compared to traditional truck-chains side hooks.
König Load Master follows the traditional fitting method with the typical triple hook connection system (1 hook on the central cross-section, 1 hook on the internal side and 1 hook on the external side). The central hook/connecting system allows the chain to entirely cover the tyre tread and the offering a smooth and comfortable driving appreciated in prolonged snow clearing working sessions.
The proper tensioning level is reached by pulling the tightening chain through the tensioning lever, which gets then securely fastened and locked.
To ensure a suitable product lifetime, the König Load Master is completely hardened (including side elements) and galvanized to be protected against corrosive agents.
According to the tyre size, König Load Master is available in different wire dimensions (from 4.50mm up to 7mm) to ensure the expected resistance and durability is guaranteed on the different tyres and machine.
